RETAIL RETURNS
All return requests shall be made directly to EDS RACING PRODUCTS STORE. All return decisions shall be at the discretion of EDS RACING PRODUCTS STORE management, whose decisions will be final. EDS Racing Products has a 30 day return policy.
To return a product: A return authorization number is required. Un-Authorized packages returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Un-Opened Returns:
These types of returns MUST be sent prepaid shipping. Customer pays for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. A 15% Restocking fee will apply on all unopened returns.
ANY Opened Products:
Returned for credit will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not resell opened products as being new to another customer & therefore we stick to our Policy. Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition including all original manufacture packaging and materials otherwise your return will not be accepted.
Defective Returns:
A return authorization number is required & must be requested within 30 days of ship date. A replacement will be sent out upon receipt of the defective unit. Some manufactures insist on products to be returned back to them directly, You MUST contact us first. We do NOT issue credit for defective products. DO NOT DISCARD THE MANUFACTURE PACKAGING. If you don't have the packaging and materials you must contact the manufacture for a replacement.
Damages & Missing Parts:
Please inspect items immediately before signing for delivery, Damages or missing parts must be reported immediately. We do NOT issue credit for defective, damaged, or products missing parts.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages:
Will be credited minus a 20% restocking fee & double the shipping charge. Why? Because we are obligated to pay the shipping courier for the package to be returned back to us. If this is not your fault & in our error we will pay for the order to be reshipped at no charge.
